Cancellation Policy

Scope: Bookings Are for Business Customers Only (B2B). Times: Day rental = 8 hours within the confirmed time window. Check-in from [e.g., 10 min] before start; check-out exactly at end time. Overstay only with prior approval; otherwise [EUR X / started hour]. Cancellation: Free of charge up to 24 hours before start. After that, 100% of the price applies. Rebooking: One free rebooking up to 24 hours before start (equivalent slot/location, subject to availability). No-Show / Late Arrival: If you do not show up or arrive more than [e.g., 30 min] late without notice, it counts as a no-show; no entitlement to replacement time or refund. Access / Sharing: Access credentials (key/code/app) must be kept confidential; sharing with third parties is prohibited. Use / Purpose of Rental: Exclusively for beauty services (e.g., cosmetics, nails, lashes, foot care) — no trainings/subletting without consent. Trade / GISA: The booker confirms operating a free trade and providing the correct GISA number; proof upon request. Liability / Responsibility: The tenant is solely responsible for treatments, products, hygiene, client information, and regulatory duties. The landlord is liable only for intent/gross negligence; personal injury per statutory law. Damage / Loss: Damage, loss of keys/media, and tampering must be reported immediately; costs are borne by the tenant. Special cleaning for excessive dirt: [EUR Y flat fee]. House Rules & Safety: Posted/website rules are binding (occupational safety, hygiene, waste). Violations may lead to exclusion from future bookings. Payment / Invoice: Prepayment at checkout; invoice sent electronically. Set-off/retention excluded (except undisputed or final and binding claims). Availability / Force Majeure: No damages for disruptions beyond our control (e.g., network outage/authority order); unusable time will be credited pro rata.
